1.To groom and create an opportunity for young to challenge and improve on stage
2.To bring help Malaysian standard of ballet to world class
3.To built integrity and friendship with everyone
4.To bring dance awareness to the public especially Ballet
5.To help teachers built a level above themselves. THE COMPETITION IS split between PRELIMINARY AND

FINAL

Preliminary competition︰
Primary 1 & 2 :
-Perform ONE classical variation from list prepared by organiser
- all candidate must use soft shoes only. Junior and Senior dancers
-Perform ONE variation from the Classical Repertoire List.
- ONE contemporary solo based on the choreography prepared by the Organizer.
-Junior 1 & 2 and Senior : 13-21 years old (pointe shoes for all girls)

Day 1
-competitors are judged based on response, articulation in working with a ballet master and abilities to displayed in a classical master class. Day 2
-competitors are judged based on response, articulation working with a contemporary master (with change or without changing to the choreography) and abilities displayed in a contemporary master class. Day 3
Top 10 Classical selections
(marks will be scrutinized from day 1, 2 and 3 for top 10)
- Results will be announced immediately after the preliminary rounds on the 3rd day of competition.
-*Finalist will be given repertoire advices from assigned coaches for contemporary and classical variation for 1/2 an hour each on 4th day of competition individually.

ULTIMATE DANCE LEAGUE

is on 15th December 2024 in KuAsh Auditorium in Taman Tun Dr Ismail.

A graded competition with more choice of Event and dance genre.

Do attend our award ceremony at 2pm regardless if you are dancing in the finals or not as semi-finalists are also award recipients and winners in our hearts!

Besides, if selected, some may even go home with scholarships from our generous sponsors from the highest qualities of dance apparels to even dance classes with world class institutions!

So we do look forward for all MIBGP 2023 contestants to join us in our awards ceremony tomorrow!
