Good read for filmmakers. Inspired by this success, there'll be many such plans now from our local filmmakers or wannabes -- but making it is another matter. This is one field where it's a gamble for the deep-pocketed, so it's not a place where you come to make money for sure...although we can do our best.
My view is that our industry will only grow beyond our shores when certain local 'film producers' who have been squeezing this industry with the primary aim to stuff their own pockets, will start respecting the work of professional creative and production people. Can or not?
