At CJ Century, customer satisfaction is more than a number. It is an important measure of how well we deliver on our promise to provide reliable, responsive and quality logistics solutions.

In our FY2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey, we achieved an overall customer satisfaction score of 87.28%.

It is an achievement we are proud of but it is also a reminder that there is always room to improve.

CJ Century Logistics is proud to announce a strategic partnership with ANGKASA, formalised through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between CJ Century Logistics CEO, Melissa Khoo, and ANGKASA President, Datuk Seri Dr. Abdul Fattah Abdullah, and marked by the establishment and official launch of the ANGKASA Distribution Centre at our warehouse facility.

As a logistics company with decades of industry experience, CJ Century remains committed to helping businesses optimise operations, improve efficiency and deliver greater value to customers through integrated warehousing, transportation and distribution capabilities.

As highlighted by ANGKASA President Datuk Seri Dr. Abdul Fattah Abdullah, the synergy between CJ Century's logistics expertise and ANGKASA's extensive cooperative network will help build a more robust, sustainable and competitive supply chain ecosystem.

We would like to thank ANGKASA for its trust and collaboration, as well as everyone who attended and contributed to the success of this meaningful milestone. We look forward to the opportunities ahead as we continue supporting the growth of Malaysia's cooperative sector through reliable and integrated logistics solutions.

Together, we are moving Malaysia forward, one connection at a time.
