"View from Birgit’s Balcony" always in my mind ❤️🕊️

I’m currently working on this piece for my personal collection. Although painting scenery isn’t usually my preference, I challenged myself to complete it. This view is from the balcony of my mother-in-law’s apartment in Nivå, Denmark. It was late spring, nearly summer—my favorite time of year, when the vibrant colors of both seasons blend beautifully. I captured this scene on my phone, not knowing it would be the last time we’d see it. She passed away three months later. I’ve titled the painting “View from Birgit’s Balcony.”

I attended the grand opening of the WanaWani Art Center and enjoyed connecting with fellow artists in one space. It was a pleasure to meet Mdm Peggy Loh and my friend Miyeun Shin there as well. Looking forward to showcase my paintings here... someday 😊
