After an outstanding international selection process, we are proud to introduce the finalists of ILFC 2026!

More than a competition, ILFC is a journey of musical discovery. Finalists from around the world will gather in Hungary to perform, learn, and connect through music while exploring the rich heritage of classical music. Participants will have the unique opportunity to walk through the birthplaces and historical landmarks of renowned composers, gaining inspiration from the places that shaped their legacies.

As they celebrate the spirit of Franz Liszt and classical music, we wish all finalists an unforgettable experience filled with learning, cultural exchange, artistic growth, and lasting memories.

Good news to all contestants of the IX International Liszt Ferenc Competition Preliminary Round 2026!

The registration deadline for the International Finals in Hungary has now been officially extended until 12 May 2026.

We are also excited to share a special video featuring highlights from the 2025 International Finals Musical Tour 🇭🇺✨
Experience unforgettable performances, cultural exchanges, masterclasses, and musical journeys through the birthplace of Franz Liszt and other legendary classical composers.

🎻 Even if you did not participate in the competition, you are still welcome to join the International Orchestra Program led by the Eger Symphony Orchestra.

This is a rare opportunity for young musicians and music lovers to:
