HELP Signature Event ‘Boleh Host’. A Talent Competition for Students and Young People.
Saturday 16th March 2019. 9am-6pm.
A magical day of fun and excitement for students and their friends and families.
All students who enter will get the chance to host their own TV programme teaser in front of celebrity judges, receive communication, presentation and vocal training from industry experts and get the chance to win RM1,000 along with making their own filmed game-show. Plus celebrity meet & greet as well as Q&A session. We have celebrity judges including ex TV host Pasha Rahim and actor music maestro Joey G.
It’s going to be a fantastic day full of surprises, innovative and creative people and above all a whole lot of support and encouragement of young people. It is a day when we will be celebrating the talents and creativity of students and young people in a supportive and fun environment.
Whether its hosting a chat show, a quiz show, a panel game, a radio broadcast, a newscast, a gardening programme, a chef special … Any show where they are the host. For round one all they need to have prepared and rehearsed is speech introducing themselves as the host of your preferred programme or show.
On the day there will be a variety of stalls, arts and crafts for audience and participants to interact with. There will also be an additional social media competition where the with the most likes or shares will win RM250.

Pasha is a TV actress and an emcee. Pasha has also hosted her own TV reality show ‘Pilih Kasih’. ‘Pilih Kasih’ is a national television reality competition. Pasha has also appeared in many commercials and emceed all over Malaysia at events, festivals, celebrations and corporate dinners. She is a mother of 3 and co-owner of ‘luxury pyjama brand ‘Psamathe Lifestyle’.
Joey G is an experienced actor and musician who has performed regularly on TV, radio and at live events. During his time as a VJ with Channel [v] International, Joey G became of one the most watched male VJ’s in Asia. Shows include: ‘Remote Control’, ‘Billboard Top 20 Countdown’, ‘Smash Hits’, ‘Papparazzi’ & ‘Bid It’.
