With its 2026 overarching theme, ‘A Slice of Life’, GMBB’s Rentak MalaysiaKu invites audiences to pause, reflect, and critically engage with the seemingly ordinary realities of Malaysian life: revealing the layers of meaning, memory, and stories passed down through generations.

HAUS KCH’s flagship arts initiative—Seni Kita—makes its KL debut, showcasing the diverse talents of Sarawakian creatives and cultural practitioners through poetry, film, and creative entrepreneurship.

Seni Kita @ Rentak MalaysiaKu is proudly supported by Yayasan Lim Yee Hoh House of Art @ Kg Attap and Pelita Seni Pelita Seni.

Some stories are buried in the past, some a growing quietly around us and some are waiting for us to look closer.

Our films continue to grace the screen with Session 2, where our journey takes us further into heritage, memory and living landscapes that surround us.

From relics to roots, these stories remind us that culture is never simply something we inherit–but what we carry, practice and pass on to generations to generations:
