We had the most gorgeous time at the Vegan Animal Rights Conference in Manchester last month!

We hosted a singing and songwriting workshop. The first section involved vocal warmups and some light movement, followed by learning Animal Rights song ‘The Golden Rule’ written by Jen / VQV (ARC founder and leader). We split in to groups and each group sang a different harmony part - it was beautiful!

The second part involved coming up with a powerful and meaningful lyric hook we could then put a melody to and then build harmonies on top. We came up with something so hooky it was ringing round our heads for days after!

That’s right! We are recording with these magnificent humans, and one of our favourite songs of theirs no less!

Want to record with us and the band? Follow the steps below:

—>. You need to be an ARC member (link in bio to join)

—>. Send us you singing the chorus of ‘May All Beings Be’ - it can be a capella or with an instrument as Becca has done here, whichever you’re most comfortable (Becca sings down the octave here but as Rose sings it the octave above is fabulous too, we need all ranges!)

—> Email your audition video OR audio recording to [email protected]

You need to be available Friday 15th May and able to get to the Vegan Castle in Glastonbury (lift share may be possible)

We’re so excited about our next two events! And they are happening on the same day!! Saturday April 25th April is a big day for our Animal Rights Choir!

We have a performance at the wonderful in Birmingham 💚

And we are hosting a workshop in Reading at the beautiful Reading Vegan Fiesta with 😍

We would so love to see you at either of these events, they’re going to be a wonderful day out with so many vegan stalls, food, workshops and epic people.

What did you miss last night?!

Another totally epic rehearsal with vegan musician royalty Alex and Rose from 😍

Alex lead the choir through ML AR song ‘Sing Ahimsa’ and then we all got to sing their song ‘Compassionate Om’ together 😍

And a good old hoedown to absolute tune Foxtrot Tally Hoedown to finish!

ARC assemble!! We gather tonight 7.30pm GMT online for our weekly FREE rehearsal. And we have the absolute joy to announce we are joined tonight by another Mobius Looper ALEX!!!

I know you all immensely enjoyed our rehearsal with Rose last week, and we know tonight is going to be so special too.

Oh my goddessssss!! We are so so excited and so honoured to announce the beautiful Rose of epic trio band is joining us tomorrow (Wednesday) at our next online rehearsal!!!

How lucky we are….

Rose will be teaching us one of the band’s classics (and I’m sure one of your favourite’s) during the rehearsal. YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS THIS!

As always, our ARC online rehearsals are totally FREEEE and open to anyone and everyone who loves animals and loves singing.
