A motivation speech for gamers/Esports player (I just want to point out)

I've seen a lot of people saying that "I am not pro so I don't want to join this tournament" and this kind of mentality will slow you down whenever it comes to improving yourself based on experience. I'm pointing this out because it's sad to see there's a lot of people with high potential and grinds out their time for their specific Esports games.

If you are scared to join tournament meaning to say that you are scared to improve yourself, don't be afraid of the tournament fee because the payment for experience is priceless. Imagine if the tournament is free to join and yet you don't wanna participate, that is a big waste for your potential you got there.

You also might be saying "I lose a lot in rank and I can't join any tourney" well then this is the time to join scrims and local tourney to level up your gameplay. If you lose ranks and you get to the lower rank gaps you will eventually beat the lower rank since your experience is higher.

This applies to all players/competitors out there who has second thoughts on joining local tournaments and you might will understand how it feels to play rank and participate in a tournament, the experience is way different than it looks. You will feel nervous in a tourney, to lessen it down you have to join more tournaments to fight that anxiety of yours.

In conclusion, I wish you all goodluck and don't waste your talents over your fear. Everyone will feel scared to try something new in their life but doesn’t mean you need to sit there and be in your comfort zone, expand your horizon and always take your time to learn and ask yourself what are you doing wrong. Don’t be afraid to experience failure, as long as you are build better than before.
