𝑨 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒓, 𝑨 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝑩𝒐𝒐𝒌! ✨

On this blessed day of Jum‘ah, we have something special for you.

In the 19th century, the Meccan-based Malay scholar, Shaykh Dāwūd bin ‘Abd Allāh al-Faṭānī wrote a treatise titled "al-Manhal al-Ṣāfī fī Bayān Ramz Ahl al-Ṣūfī" (Pure Beaker in Explaining the Signs of the Sufis) that describes key terms in taṣawwuf.

This Malay-Jawi glossary has now been transcribed, transliterated and rendered into English and published for the first time.

Keep an eye out for upcoming updates!
