新加坡《联合早报》近日以整版专访报道杨惠姍。
报道专题写着：
「琉璃不可控，人生不強求。」

四十年前，杨惠姗从电影走入琉璃创作。
四十年后，她依然每天走進工作室，面对火焰、时间与未知。
琉璃的迷人，来自它永远无法被完全控制。
人生也是如此。
当学会接受变化，接受不完美，接受每一次计划之外的发生，
反而能夠活得更自由。

或許，
真正的通透，不是看懂一切。
而是在变化之中，依然选择相信。

“Burst Forth” appear in dynamic transformation as a unified entity of waves and fish merge seamlessly, in closer inspection, countless lives are revealed.
Tracing the upward-spiraling arcs, intensity builds layer upon layer; rising from serenity to movement,
the swells build, becoming momentum, rushing onwards.

“Burst Forth” is like a tide of energy circular silhouette without beginning or end.
This piece manifests the cosmic laws of Yin and Yang: their integration and ceaseless transformation of all phenomena.

Taiji : “From the One, Qi gathers; From Qi, Form develops; Form creates All Life” , and what the work presents is not only the anatomy of nature,
But rather, a governing order—
Attaining alignment through change, arising within a state of attuned harmony.

新作上市｜《太极・成境》·「万物迸发」

作品以太极之理为本，呈现一种相互成圆、彼此趨向的动态平衡。形体於旋转之中生成，在对应与流转之间，展现阴阳互融、万物转化的宇宙法则。

整体构成以圆为轮廓，象徵无始无終的循環；
作品S形的动势，浪与鱼彼此交融，远观为一体之勢，近看则由无数细微生命匯聚而成，层层推动，向上生长。
如能量流动，推动形体持续转化。

看似穩定的结构但却蘊含著不断生成的力量，
动与靜在其中交錯並存。

个体与整体之间，不再分离，而是在流动中彼此成就。

作品所呈现的，不仅是自然的形态， 更是一种运行的秩序—— 在变化之中达到平衡，在平衡之中持续生成。

Smooth Sailing draws upon the philosophy of Tai Chi, where strength and softness, stillness and movement, exist in harmony. Shaped from the form of a single circle, the work holds the feeling of a sail in motion within stillness. The circle symbolizes wholeness, without beginning or end, while flowing curves move like qi, shaping a quiet rhythm of energy, balance, and direction. At its heart, a rounded hemisphere glows like the sun rising over the horizon. Sail and swell intertwine in a seamless rhythm, where wind stirs the sail, the sail moves the water, and the water gives rise to wind. Ocean and sky become one, expressing a world in which progress unfolds with clarity, balance, and natural ease.

Here, raising sail is not only to begin a journey, but to move in harmony with changing currents—finding one’s own rhythm and direction within flow and transformation.

《一帆风顺》汲取了太极的哲学精髓，力与柔、静与动和谐共存。作品由一个圆构成，在静谧中蕴含着扬帆起航的意境。圆象征着完整，无始无终；流畅的曲线如同气一般流动，构成能量、平衡与方向的静谧韵律。作品的核心设计，一个圆润的半球如同地平线上升起的太阳般闪耀。帆与浪交织成浑然一体的韵律，风吹动帆，帆带动水波，水波又反过来产生风。海洋与天空融为一体，展现出一个清晰、平衡、自然而然地展开进步的世界。

因此，扬帆起航不仅意味着开启一段旅程，更意味着顺应变幻莫测的潮流——在流动与蜕变中找到属于自己的节奏与方向。

Did you know that the outdoor fountain 《The Grand Fulfillment 》at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur was actually designed and created by Loretta H. Yang?

Today, it is much more than just a fountain in front of a shopping mall.

It has become an iconic landmark in the heart of the city.

Many people take photos here during their first visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Friends make plans by saying, “See you at the fountain.” Travelers always stop to admire it.

Gradually, it has become part of the city’s collective memory — a familiar and reassuring presence.

Loretta H. Yang’s outdoor sculptures were among the first to bring glass art beyond indoor spaces and into the public realm.

Using composite materials and combining cold-working techniques with lost-wax casting, she allowed glass art to truly enter the city and its public spaces.

Three tiered bowls bloom like Malaysia’s national flower — the hibiscus.

The interplay between black tones and the iridescent colors of the glass symbolizes different cultures, races, and languages coexisting and blending within the city.

But why three bowls?

“One begets two, two begets three, and three begets all things.”

From a single thought, to the flow and gathering of a city, it ultimately becomes a meeting between people.

It is not just a fountain.

It is a piece of public art about the continuity of life.

Many people remember Pavilion.

But they may not realize that behind this iconic landmark is a masterpiece left in Kuala Lumpur by a Chinese female artist — one created through glass art and Eastern philosophy.

吉隆坡 Pavilion 的噴水池 《大圆满花开》，
其實是楊惠姍設計製作的嗎？

如今，
它早已不只是商場前的一座噴水池。
而像是一個城市裡的「約定之地」。

很多人第一次到吉隆坡，
會在這裡拍照。

旅人經過，也總會停下來看一眼。

它成了一種城市記憶，

It is not a mountain defined by form.
Rather, it feels like a current of energy,
slowly taking shape between heaven and earth.

“Evergreen Mountain Spirit” from the Taichi · Realizing a Realm series takes the mountain as its form
and qi as its essence.
Its lines flow like water painting in motion,
unfolding a boundless landscape between presence and emptiness.

A pine stands at the summit,
symbolizing endurance and vitality;
red blossoms emerge within the mountains,
like light quietly born from stillness.

The strength of stone,
the resilience of pine,
and the softness of flowers
merge into a continuous cycle of renewal.

It is not merely a landscape,
nor simply an object.

It feels more like the condensation of a natural force—
a flowing presence
where mountain, water, qi, and human existence
gradually become one.

Placed within a space,
it does not demand attention,
yet it quietly transforms the atmosphere around it.

As one passes by,
it feels as though they have stepped
into an inner landscape of their own.

And in that moment,
one is no longer separate from nature,
but gently returned to it.
