Unlock Your Movement – Body Conditioning for Dancers
This two-part session is designed for all Salsa and Bachata students who want to move better, feel freer, and look sharper on the dance floor.
We’ll work on essential body isolation techniques, coordination drills, and flexibility training that lay the foundation for more fluid, confident movement. You’ll discover simple, effective practices to help you unlock control of different body parts—and learn how to apply that to your dancing, they’ll transform how you feel in your body when you dance.
