艺术治疗工作坊：接受不完美的自己

你是否曾对自己的“不完美”感到焦虑？
你是否希望学会接纳真实的自己？
如果你觉得自己
❣️ 一点点事情都做不好
❣️最近很低落
❣️总觉得自己不够好
❣️无缘无故的生气
❣️社交恐惧
❣️总是担心这个担心那个
❣️不想面对自己 ……等等

在这个世界上，没有人是完美的，但我们常常被社会的标准束缚，害怕暴露自己的缺点，甚至对自己过于苛刻。艺术治疗提供了一种温和的方式，让我们通过创作表达内心，学会欣赏自己的独特性，逐步接纳那些曾被忽视、排斥或批判的部分。
