This Malaysia Day, we look back so we can move forward together. At The Living History Project, we believe heritage is meant to be lived.

This year at TLHP Impact Fest 2026, we brought history and heritage to life by honouring our Orang Asli communities and their craftsmanship at the Orang Asli Exhibition, listening to the unspoken, raw tales of our living legends at Meet The Profile, stepping back into the golden era of Malaya at Pasar Malaya 2.0, and celebrating the grace, identity, and evolution of baju kebaya at Kenangan Kebaya.

Our history is a beautiful story to remember. Selamat Hari Malaysia, fellow Malaysians.

Presenting PASAR MALAYA 2.5! Our second round of the heritage pop-up market, in conjunction with the relaunch of Federal Hotel Kuala Lumpur ( The Federal Kuala Lumpur ).

This Saturday, 5 September, we’re bringing the iconic The Federal Kuala Lumpur back to life with Pasar Malaya 2.0! A day of artisanal crafts, nostalgic kebayas, workshops, and stories of Malaysia’s rich heritage.

We’re also bringing Kanta Studio for a special heritage portrait experience. Dress up, strike a pose, and be photographed through the lens of a restored hundred-year-old camera.
