Sunset at 930pm
Days are long
Fuses get shorter

But when the sun sets, all is beautiful again... we'll get on each others' nerves again... tomorrow

The best ideas arrive when you slow down

Summer to me means many things

1. Gwailo going home... much needed filling of his cup with the family
2. Sharing with the kids a valuable slice of his childhood
3. (For me) absorbing a way of life very different from the one I grew up knowing and extracting from it the most beautiful bits for the family, for myself, and unexpectedly, for my teachings (in communication) ... will touch on this more later
