Evaluation and Marking Sheet

The evaluation will be based on :

a. Overall layout impression and arrangement : 40 points
b. Technique : 30
c. Plant condition : 20
d. Fish : 10

a. Overall layout impression and arrangement :

Consists of Wow Factor ,first impression , layout dynamic and photography technique ( shadow , repeatition , rule of third , perspective etc )

b. Technique

Consists of hardscape arrangement , placement and selection , plant arrangement , placement and selection , the capability to maintain the whole tank for long period of time.

c. Plant condition

How healthy the plant is ( self explanatory )

d. Fish

Condition of the fish and suitability between the fish and the layout .

2. All the submission must put "migac2021" as the main title. We wont check any submission that do not come with migac2021 as title or different title.

Migac 2021 or migac2021 is not a problem. It's not spacebar sensitive.

1.Online Entry

Online application will open on September 10, 2021 (GMT+8)

Closing Date for Application

The application must reach us no later than October 10, 2021 (GMT+8)

* Online application until 23:59 October 10th @ 11.59 PM (GMT+8)

Result Announcement

* Will announce later on 24th October by Majlis Belia Malaysia in conjunction with Sambutan Hari Belia Malaysia.

* The result will be update on Scape Republic , MIGAC and Majlis Belia Malaysia socmed.

2.Guidelines and Rules

Open to Malaysia and Indonesia citizen OR anyone who live in Malaysia and Indonesia.

This contest is open to everyone who has a planted aquarium, except those individuals who are involved in administration of, or judges of international aquascaping contests.*1

*1 This condition applies to Scape Republic , AquaRiset , AQUAIR , The Aquatic Freak and all the judges.

Only the work created by the entrant (individual) is accepted.

* The aquarium size should not longer than 210 cm. No restriction on width and height.

Each entrant can submit only one entry. Multiple entries and registrations cannot be accepted. (Please apply by the name of the creator of the layout. )

* Any simultaneous submission of identical work, whether an identical or different photo cut, to other contests is allowed.

* Application is limited to the layout picture post within given time frame.

* This contest is about Planted Aquarium. Any unsuitable fauna , accessories and fake or terrestrial plants subject of point deductions.

* Any entry which can disgrace this Contest is subject to disqualification.

*Any entry which dont follow this contest standard subject to disqualification.

* Entry must be a picture of the entire aquarium taken from the front side (pictures taken from other angles and/or showing only a part of the aquarium may become subject of point deductions).

* The copyright of the entries belongs to Scape Republic . Use of any entry for advertisement and/or publication purposes without consent of Scape Republic is strictly prohibited.

* Entry that has violated the Guidelines and Rules, and Submission Rules of this Contest is subject to disqualification, before and after the determination of the ranking.
