Terms of Use
(a) Harmoni Soka Art page ("Page") is maintained by Soka Gakkai Malaysia (SGM) at all time. (b) The use of the Page shall comply with the Terms of Use ("Terms") as follows. Terms for the provision and use of the Page shall be applied to all Users. "Users" refers to any user who has viewed or accessed the Page. By entering, viewing or accessing the Page, the Users have agreed
with the Terms.
2. SGM reserves the right to update or modify Terms at any time without prior notice. Users must agree with the Terms in order to use the Page.
2. Any post, such as a comment, made on the Page will be considered as public information. SGM reserves the right to record, store, transfer, copy, delete, remove, edit, modify or use any information provided to the Page for whatsoever purposes, but any information will not be sold to third parties. Section 3 - Access to Basic Information
SGM will have access to publicised information of Users such as name, profile picture, gender, and friends list. Section 4 - Prohibited Matters
1. SGM prohibits Users from making posts that: -
a) interfere with this service;
b) cause trouble, damage, and loss to other Users, any third party SGM;
c) violate any right including but not limited to copyright, trademark and privacy of other Users, any third party and SGM;
d) undertake recognised self-promotion;
e) violate Facebook Policy;
f) disclose personal information of other Users without permission;
g) disrespect, insult, and/or attack other users and/or the Page;
h) are offensive to public order and morals;
i) violate any law or regulation; and
j) are otherwise deemed inappropriate by SGM.
2. SGM reserves the right to remove posts and to ban Users that do not abide by any of the above conditions without prior notice.
3. The right holders and SGM may seek damage or compensation from Users in case of losses arising from Users' misuse of this service. Section 5 - Copyright
1. All contents and intellectual property shall belong to SGM and/or the respective right holders.
2. Users are allowed to use information provided in the Page for their personal and non-commercial use.
3. Users shall not use the Page or any information thereon in violation of any rights provided by any law, policy, rule, or regulation of any country and region.
4. Users will be solely responsible and liable for any trouble caused by not complying with the Terms and shall not cause any trouble or loss to SGM. Section 6 - Disclaimer
1. In no event will SGM or its affiliates be responsible for any loss and/or trouble caused to Users by any information provided in this service and any update to information provided.
2. The Page may contain links and references to third-party websites. The linked sites are not under the control of SGM, and SGM is not responsible for the content of any linked site, any link contained in a linked site or the privacy policy of any linked site.
