For this reunion gala dinner in KL, we didn’t use one backdrop and expect it to do everything. Instead, different gala dinner backdrops were placed around the venue, each serving its own purpose:

📍 4×8ft Welcome Backdrop
Placed at the entrance to welcome guests and set the mood from the moment they arrive.

💚 4×8ft Sponsor Appreciation Backdrop
A dedicated space to properly recognise and thank the event sponsors.

🔎 12×8ft Attendee Name Backdrop
Filled with the names of everyone attending — giving guests a fun reason to stop, search for their names and take photos together.

📸 12×8ft Photo Backdrop + Pink Neon Lights
Because a reunion dinner definitely needs a proper photo spot. The added neon light strips made the backdrop stand out even more under the ballroom lighting.

🎤 4×12ft Stage-Side Backdrop
Placed beside the LED screen so the reunion branding stayed visible throughout the night, even while videos and old photos were playing. And at the end? Everyone could gather on stage for one big class photo again — just like the old school days. ❤️
