Today, our Charlotte Dance Studio students, Allysa Liew Jyn Yun and Jacey Chin Wincy, proudly represented CDS at the 28th Asia Pacific Dance Competition (APDC) at PJPAC, Kuala Lumpur, on 21 August 2026. ๐ค

This time, we may not be bringing home an award โ but we are bringing home something equally important: experience, lessons, courage and another opportunity to grow.
Competition is never only about the medal. It takes courage to walk onto a stage, stand under the lights and present months of training in just a few minutes. Every stage teaches us something โ about our dancing, our preparation, our mindset and ourselves.
Allysa and Jacey, we hope you will remember that one result does not define your ability or your journey as dancers. Take what you have learnt from this experience, return to the studio, keep working, and allow it to make you stronger.
There will be victories, there will be disappointments, and there will be many more stages ahead. What matters is having the courage to keep going. ๐ฉฐโจ
Keep your heads up, girls. Keep learning, keep dancing, and keep believing in yourselves.
Your teachers and your entire CDS family are proud of you โ not because of a medal, but because you stepped onto that stage and gave it your best. ๐ค
