慢递是帮您保存写给未来的自己
或朋友的信，并在与您约定的未来某个时间投递给您指定的收件人的一种服务。慢递的意义在于或记录此刻的特殊心情，或为未来的自己留一份新奇，或写下此时不能说但又不得不说的话语，或铭记自己的理想以备迷茫时用来提醒自己，或标记此刻的豪情壮志以用于失落时的鞭策和成功时的回味......总之，慢递可以给我们更多精神层面的东西。
2. 我想写信，但不知道未来的地址怎么办？
您在下单时选择“收信人信息未知”即可，并在约定投递时间一个月之前的任何时间联系我们，我们为您免费添加收信人信息；我们也会通过预留的寄信人手机,whatsapp, wechat, fb等渠道与寄信人尝试不少于3次的联系，确认和完善收信人信息，或更改收信人信息，以完成邮递。
3. 未来地址发生变动怎么办？
地址发生变动导致邮递不成功时，我们将退回的邮件在一个月内通过客户预留的寄件人电话、尝试不少于3次的联系寄件人手机,whatsapp, wechat, fb，直至成功投递，每次联系的通话记录均截图存档备查。若各联系3次后仍未果，则将信件火化，确保客户隐私。
4. 订单生成后，是否可以改变收信人以及收信人信息？
可以。在订单生产后、信件投递前的时间内，我们为所有客户免费提供1次修改收信人及收信人信息的机会，例如在信件保管期间，客户改变主意，不想将信件寄给原收信人，则客户可以联系我们。改动超过1次后，则加收信息变更服务费。

Postal address changed cause unsuccessful deliver mail, we will keep the mail for a month, and within a month we will through by telephone, whatsapp, wechat, fb to get in touch with you not less than 3 times (we shall printscreen all the records for prove). If you are not reachable, then the letter will be cremated, to ensure customer privacy.
4. After order, can I make any alternation ? After the order, if you ever change your mind to make alter of your letter; before the mail out time, we provide one time for FOC revision for your recipient information and letter. Should changes more than once, the information is subject to fees charges.
