如果一隻布袋戲偶，能讓你重新認識「表演」
我一直以為自己很懂表演。
直到我把手伸進一隻布袋戲偶的那一刻，一切都變了。
布袋戲，這個流傳百年的傳統藝術，
沒有表情、沒有特效，甚至連眼神都沒有。
只有身體的節奏、呼吸的感覺，還有手指的溫度。
但也正是這樣，
我開始放下「演技」，
開始用身體去聆聽、用節奏去感受角色的存在。
我重新找回了那種表演最原始的悸動——
那份來自手掌、來自沉默、來自一動一靜之間的說故事能力。

布袋戲沒有語言的限制。

I thought I understood performance.

他是新加坡戲劇教育的推動者，也曾任教於南洋藝術學院與拉薩爾藝術學院。

and he has taught at LASALLE College of the Arts and NAFA (Singapore).
From children to seasoned actors, Benjamin uses glove puppetry
to help performers rediscover the power of presence, imagination, and expression.
