This band started in 2001 with some metalcore industrial element influence. The lineup was Azwi (vocal,guitar), Amy (drum) and Ritz(bassist). They slowly built up their fans by involving in various gigs in Kuala Lumpur(MY), Penang(MY), Terengganu(MY) and Perak(MY). In the year 2002 Predicate Not Defined has released a demo called 'Beginning' consisted of 4 experimental fusion metal songs which r
eceived great feedback and more recognitions to the band. In 2004 they performed for the 1st time in Singapore a tribute gig to Iron Maiden. In 2006, the line up changed with Adi on bass while Azwi and Amy remain as original lineup. Predicate Not Defined came out with a debut album entitled 'The Story Remains The Same'. This album has 10 songs consisting various metal experimental genres, from progressive extreme to fusion (Malaysian traditional tunes like joget and keroncong). The album was sold out and has received great reviews from many local music magazines like ROTTW, Konsert and others. During that period, the album has spread out to fans in Thailand, Indonesia and even Brunei. Predicate Not Defined continues to perform in as many shows as far as Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (MY) and the widely recognized Thailand Metal Fest 2008 in Bangkok, Thailand. The band moves a step ahead by recruiting a female vocalist to add more colors to their music. The band welcomes Hilda as new band member, not forgeting Roo (drummer) and Own (drummer) and also Zack (lead guitarist) who replaces Pian. In 2010, the band released new album, entitled "Fear, Forgotten and Regret", contains 10 songs of new direction to progressive metalcore fusion composition and self produced by the band. Death, langauir, pantera, metallica, cynic, p ramlee, are some of their influence in songwriting this album and they give a 110% support to promote it. The album received good recognition and they had played many shows and gigs including ignite fest, kelantan metal army, and various gigs in kl. They join The four horsemen (TFHM) and touring jogjakarta, bekasi, jakarta and manila as part of their album tour. Hilda then left and remaining Azwi, Adie, Zack and Own to continue the journey. In 2012, Predicate Not Defined is described as the most identical progressive metal and experimental band which has been recognized nationwide and Asian region. Given full support by local music magazines like ROTTW and KARISMA, the band now emerged with a lot of shows throughout the Asian region such as Jakarta (IND), Bekasi (IND), Manila (PHL) and Bangkok (THA). Under the new management, The Four Horsemen Production (TFHM), Predicate Not Defined is looking for a various shows, releasing merchandises and also releasing the third full-length album entitled “Cosmosis Indulgence” in September 2016
