* Proper spinning techniques
* Various ways to start and stop the spin
* Speed up and slow down techniques
* Beginner, intermediate and advanced sequences
* Key points for stable hammock
* Techniques and methods for connecting various sequences
* Learn how to express emotions, hand movements, grasp music rhythm, body language expression, etc. in aerial dance
* Learn how to use the aerial hammock to present technical movements in time with the music
* How to arrange class flow and teaching content
* How to teach according to the strengths and weaknesses of different students
* Experience sharing on student recruitment/opening

* Try our best to help students become excellent Hammock instructors and develop their aerial career

Everyone who loves aerial dance is welcome to participate!

想在空中找到自己的节奏与自信吗？本课程专为手带新手打造，帮助你在动作中建立舒适感、掌控力与清晰度。我们将拆解一套简单易学的流动与过渡动作，带你学会如何将造型顺畅衔接、灵活转换方向，并在空中探索属于你的节奏与表现力。
先修条件：无需跳跃即可完成弯臂straddle

Workshop 1- Beginner Sequencing and Flow
Build comfort, control, and clarity in your movement with this beginner-friendly workshop. We’ll break down an accessible flow and transitions designed specifically for those newer to straps. You’ll learn how to connect shapes smoothly, explore directional changes, and begin finding rhythm and and expression in the air.
Pre-requisite: Bent arm straddle inverts without jumping

工作坊 2｜腰部Rolling与串联 3pm - 5pm
带你安全、系统地解锁充满动感的腰部滚动。本课程以循序渐进的训练与技巧为基础，让你从零开始掌握这一亮眼动作，并探索如何将滚动自然融入流畅的空中编舞。结合力量、协调与艺术表现，我们将让腰部滚动变得既易学又充满乐趣。

This workshop offers a technical yet welcoming approach to learning the foundations of waist rolling. Expect a blend of strength, coordination, and artistry as we make this impressive skill feel approachable and fun.
