To create the ultimate 1/6 Sith Stalker, I didn't just sculpt a cool cyborg arm. I‘吗working on 3D-scanned a generic 1/6 body arm to use as the exact base model. So you can keep the original elbow joint and articulation!

My custom philosophy has always been about making the most of spare figures and giving them a new life—a bit of an eco-friendly concept! Just pop off the old forearm, snap this high-tolerance 3D printed beast in, and your Sith Stalker is ready to hunt. Seamless fit, zero stress.

Workbench Update: Engineering the B3 Ultra Battle Droid for the printer!

A quick behind-the-scenes look at preparing this massive project!

When designing a 1/12 scale figure this huge, sculpting the details is only half the battle. The real challenge is making sure it actually works as a physical, articulated action figure.

The Weight Problem:
If you print a torso this big as a solid piece, the sheer weight of the resin will completely ruin the center of gravity. The droid would be top-heavy, and those articulated hip and knee joints would eventually give out.

The Solution:
To fix this, I meticulously hollowed out the upper body and heavier components. This shifts the center of gravity downward, ensuring the droid stands rock solid while holding dynamic poses. As a great side effect, it also saves you guys a massive amount of resin!

To make the build experience as smooth as possible for the community, I’ve just uploaded the fully optimized, Pre-Supported Slice Files directly to the Patreon drop.

Heavy hitting for August Project 2! The B3 Ultra Battle Droid!

This one took quite a bit of time on the workbench! For Project 2, I wanted to tackle something massive: bringing the terrifying B3 Ultra Battle Droid out of its 2D animation roots and into a fully articulated 1/12 scale reality.

Translating animated proportions into a "live-action" aesthetic is always a delicate challenge. I had to make some creative calls—deciding which classic animated elements to keep, and which parts to adapt so it feels like a heavy, functional, and intimidating machine on your shelf. This is my personal take on this absolute beast, and I’m really proud of how the articulation and proportions came together. I hope you guys enjoy this interpretation and add it to your Separatist ranks!

Builder & Engineering Notes:

Fully Articulated: Engineered for maximum mechanical posing.

Massive Scale: As you can see by the 1/12 figure silhouette in the render, this droid is an absolute giant!

CRITICAL PRINTING TIP: Because of its massive size, PLEASE remember to HOLLOW the larger parts (like the torso and thighs) before slicing and printing! This will save you a ton of resin and keep the weight down so the articulated joints can hold those dynamic poses perfectly.

The Clone Flight Crew (Animated to Realistic Conversion!)

Kicking off August with an incredibly fun build! This project started with a brilliant suggestion and an animated reference from a Patreon member. The challenge? Taking that stylized animated look and grounding it into a gritty, realistic aesthetic.

Design & Kitbash Notes:
To make this feel truly authentic to the realistic universe, I incorporated subtle design elements from the iconic A-Wing helmets.

For the kitbash, the Captain Cassian Andor base figure is the absolute perfect canvas—his existing flight suit matches the concept flawlessly! I’ve included a 3D-scanned CT/ST head sculpt in the renders just to show you how precise the clearances are and how effortlessly this helmet fits. The entire conversion is engineered to be a seamless, drop-on experience.

1/6 SCALE & MODULAR ASSETS:
We aren't stopping at 1/12! I am also including 1/6 scale files for this kit, including the highly requested mid-height articulated boots. These boots and modular vest components are designed to be extremely versatile, making them perfect assets for any of your other Rebel or underworld custom projects.

I’ll be completely honest—this project went way over my original time budget, but giving you guys double the custom possibilities was 100% worth it!

This initially started out as a straightforward Rebel Pathfinder kit. But after some awesome brainstorming sessions with the Patreon community, we decided we just had to include the Rebel Scarif Trooper blue jacket variant into the mix as well. Once I started sculpting, I couldn't stop!
