The Zero Company playthrough continues... and we just hit a new Loot Drop!

As I’ve been pushing further into the game, I finally encountered the Infinite Coil faction. As a prop designer, the moment I saw their gear, my first thought was: I don't just want to fight these guys in-game, I want to wear their masks in real life!

So, I immediately hit the workbench. September Project 3 : The Infinite Coil Mask!

The Gear Loadout:
Of course, I’ve included the 1/12 Scale head replacements so you can start building your own custom mercenary squads. But more importantly, I grinded out the 1:1 PROPS SCALE so you can print a life-size version for yourselves!

A Crazy Idea for the Community:
I noticed there are several different, incredibly cool variations of these masks in the game. What if we do something huge? Alright guys, it’s time to step away from the Zero Company screen and get back to some serious business at the workbench! While the gaming props were fun, I definitely didn't forget about my hardcore heavy-armor collectors.

Welcome to the Zero Company real-world server! September Project 1

I’ve spent the last 18 hours completely immersed in the new game, and my designer brain just couldn't turn off. Every time I picked up a cool weapon in-game, I kept thinking, "How awesome would this be in 1/12 scale... or holding it in real life?"

So, I decided to turn September into a "Play & Sculpt" month! For Project 1, I’m dropping two of my absolute favorite weapons from my playthrough so far: the TMG-4 and the Relby-V10!

This one took some serious late-night sculpting to finish, but the Dark Trooper Phase 1 is finally ready to deploy! Continuing our Dark Trooper collection has been an amazing journey, and this fully articulated heavy hitter adds a completely new dynamic to the shelf.

Here is a little design detail specifically for my army builders and diorama creators: I engineered this 1/12 scale model to stand intentionally taller than your standard human Stormtroopers. When you pose them in close-combat scenes or squad displays, it gives them that menacing, imposing mechanical presence they truly deserve.

Pushing the limits! August Project 4 is LIVE: The Sith Stalker Custom Kit!

I’ll be honest, this project was incredibly time-consuming, but I hope you guys agree that the wait was 100% worth it!

Normally, I start my sculpts at the 1/12 scale and scale up. But for a design as complex and iconic as the Sith Stalker, I wanted to push the details to the absolute extreme. So this time, I started from the 1/6 Scale to ensure every single mechanical and anatomical detail was perfect!

The Ultimate Conversion Kit:
Engineered to fit standard 1/6 scale generic bodies, this isn't just an armor set—it is a complete transformation.

Extreme Anatomical Details: Includes a full Neck Replacement, a terrifyingly detailed Bone Forearm, and an Optional Articulated Hands kit!

The Arsenal: A Sith Stalker needs his trophies. I’ve included SIX distinct Lightsaber Hilts to complete the look.

Footwear: Fully detailed boots/shoe replacements.

No more cutting, no more glue, no more ruined bodies.

To create the ultimate 1/6 Sith Stalker, I didn't just sculpt a cool cyborg arm. I‘吗working on 3D-scanned a generic 1/6 body arm to use as the exact base model. So you can keep the original elbow joint and articulation!

My custom philosophy has always been about making the most of spare figures and giving them a new life—a bit of an eco-friendly concept! Just pop off the old forearm, snap this high-tolerance 3D printed beast in, and your Sith Stalker is ready to hunt. Seamless fit, zero stress.

Workbench Update: Engineering the B3 Ultra Battle Droid for the printer!

A quick behind-the-scenes look at preparing this massive project!

When designing a 1/12 scale figure this huge, sculpting the details is only half the battle. The real challenge is making sure it actually works as a physical, articulated action figure.

The Weight Problem:
If you print a torso this big as a solid piece, the sheer weight of the resin will completely ruin the center of gravity. The droid would be top-heavy, and those articulated hip and knee joints would eventually give out.

The Solution:
To fix this, I meticulously hollowed out the upper body and heavier components. This shifts the center of gravity downward, ensuring the droid stands rock solid while holding dynamic poses. As a great side effect, it also saves you guys a massive amount of resin!

To make the build experience as smooth as possible for the community, I’ve just uploaded the fully optimized, Pre-Supported Slice Files directly to the Patreon drop.
