【2nd STREET in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 🇯🇵🇲🇾✨】
Look what I stumbled upon in KL! 👀
Specializing in second-hand clothing imported from Japan.I found it by chance in a shopping mall, and apparently there are around 10 stores in and around KL!

シンガポールの2nd STREETはブランドものが多い印象だけど、KLのお店はもっと庶民的で、気軽に楽しめる感じ。
KLだけでも10店舗あると知って納得。
日本から入ってきた中古の洋服が、すっかりローカルの暮らしに浸透しているようだ🇯🇵🇲🇾

その後は、同じモールで韓国料理🇰🇷
お店に入ったら、経営者らしきオムニ（韓国のおばちゃん）が韓国語で話しかけてくれた🤭

【🚆 シンガポールからマレーシア・KLへ、電車の旅】
今回は、シンガポール→マレーシア(KL Sentral）を初の電車移動体験レポです｡

S'pore →Jb Sentral
Shuttle Tebrau で快適な5分の越境｡時間の読めない国境越え､電車に勝るものなし!

Jb Sentral → KL Sentral
JBで1泊して翌日､本番の列車の旅 🚆平日にもかかわらず、車内はほぼ満席。でも、座席はゆったりしていて、とても快適でした。何より楽しみだったのが、車窓から見えるマレーシアのカンポン(田舎)風景。街を抜け、緑の多い景色へと変わっていく様子を眺めながら、のんびり4時間。

車内には売店もありますが、個人的には好きなものを持ち込んで車内で楽しむのがおすすめです🍱☕️
そして、ちょっとした発見💡自分の携帯ボトルを売店に渡すと、RM1でお湯を満杯にしてくれます｡売店でカップ入りのお湯を買うより、こちらの方が🉐️
そして何よりありがたいのが、時刻表どおりに列車が運行されていること。時間が読みやすいのは、やっぱり旅をする上で安心です。平日でもほぼ満席だったのも納得。

飛行機とはまた違う、景色を楽しみながら移動する4時間。
今回は「移動」そのものを楽しむ旅になりました。😊
Singapore → JB → Kuala Lumpur
たまには電車でのんびり旅するのもいいですね。🇸🇬🇲🇾🚆

全ての行程を無事に終え､たくさんの思い出と新しい出会いを胸に、子どもたちは無事日本へ帰国しました。
今回のプログラムを私たちにお任せくださった九州YMCA、そして熊本YMCAの皆さまに心より感謝申し上げます。皆さまの信頼のもと、この貴重な交流プログラムに携わることができたことを大変光栄に思います。

バディごとにグループに分かれ、一緒にゲームを楽しんだ子どもたち。最初は少し緊張した様子も見られましたが、伝統ダンスの披露の後は、みんなで輪になって踊り、自然と笑顔があふれていました。この交流がお互いにとって新しい発見や刺激となり、心に残る素晴らしい時間になったことだと思います🥰

🕵【Uncovering Singapore's Story-ArCH Square 】

Thank you to the wonderful team at ArCH Showcase for the warm welcome and informative tour.
It was fascinating to learn how archaeology uncovers history through artifacts.
We truly enjoyed discovering Singapore's rich trading past and cultural connections with the world.
Thank you for such a memorable experience!

地理的に海上交通の要衝に位置するシンガポールには、中国、中東、ヨーロッパなど世界各地から多くの品々が運ばれ、人や文化が行き交っていました。
一つひとつの出土品には、何百年も前の人々の営みと、世界をつないだ物語が刻まれています。歴史は教科書だけでなく、「モノ」が語ってくれることを改めて実感した時間でした。ハンズオンワークショップを通して、考古学をより身近に感じることができ、とても有意義な体験でした。

友人の息子さんが経営する、スイーツが人気のモスリムカフェです。お食事だけでなく､ラヤを控えたこの時期のみの販売となるクッキーやスナック等々は日本へのお土産にもおすすめです。ラマダン期間中は営業時間が2時pm以降となりますので時間を確認してからご来店下さい｡

A beautiful green campus with convenient shuttle buses to get around.
Such a global and diverse student community!
Lots of NUS merch — great for souvenirs🎁

今回の案内をしてくれたのは､現役のNUS学生シンガポール人のアミラさん｡彼女が日本語を学ぶきっかけとなったのは、Jポップグループ「嵐」だとか。今ではNUSで日本文化を研究しています!　彼女とは話が尽きず、とても楽しい時間をいただきました。アミラさんに感謝🥰
