怎样拿到裁判官的分数？

如果是国际拉丁（Latin）或国际摩登（Standard）比赛，裁判其实不是在找“没有失误的人”，而是在短短几秒钟内寻找最值得晋级的选手。很多比赛中，裁判同时要看6–12对甚至更多选手，因此你的舞蹈必须让人一眼就记住。

想拿到裁判的分数，建议把重点放在以下几点：

1. 第一眼印象
* 一上场就要有冠军气场。
* 站姿、自信、精神状态、服装和仪容都很重要。
* 裁判往往在音乐开始后的几秒内，就已经对你留下初步印象。
2. 技术质量（最重要）
* 身体线条正确。
* 重心稳定。
* Footwork（脚法）干净。
* Timing（节奏）准确。
* 每个舞种都要有自己的特色，而不是所有舞都跳成一样。
3. 音乐性（Musicality）
* 不只是踩拍子。
* 要把音乐的强弱、停顿、速度变化表现出来。
* 身体动作要和音乐融为一体。
4. Partner Connection（双人配合）
* 两个人像一个整体。
* Lead & Follow自然。
* 动作同步，互相信任。
5. 表现力（Performance）
* 脸部表情自然。
* 有舞蹈角色和故事。
* 不只是完成动作，而是让观众和裁判感受到舞蹈。
6. Floorcraft（场地运用）
* 会避开其他选手。
* 不慌乱、不撞人。
* 即使被挡住，也能马上恢复表现。

很多选手容易忽略的一点

裁判没有时间一直看你。他们可能一首歌只看你 3–5 秒，所以这几秒必须是你最精彩的时候。很多资深教练都会强调：**如果裁判看不到你，就不可能给你分数。**因此要学会在场上保持可见度，并在裁判看向你的瞬间展现最好的线条、动作和表现。
