Whether you are a recreational or dance/fitness enthusiast, we have something to suit your needs. A professional and positive environment that is exciting, comfortable and safe. We endeavour to create a high quality service and customer satisfaction. We offer a variety of fitness and dance classes in many styles which are fun and challenging. Most of our dance classes are syllabus based with an option to sit for international based exams and are performance orientated. Our goal is to promote a healthy, positive and fulfilling experience when you visit us.
