✨MYOYIN Yin Yoga: Heart & Lung + Fascia Release with sound bath🍃心肺经络 + 筋膜球放松 + 颂钵音疗✨

Shallow breathing?
Holding too much… without realizing?

This class hits different 🤗

We start with massage balls to melt your knots (yes… the “pain so good” kind 😆), then slow it all the way down with deep yin stretches to open your chest, lungs & heart space.

By the end:
✨ breathing deeper
✨ shoulders softer
✨ mind quieter
✨ sleep = better tonight

🤩finished with a dreamy sound bath (you might not want to leave 🫠)

课程将从筋膜球放松开始，
先用筋膜球慢慢滚开那些卡住的点，
针对胸口、肩膀与上背，
温和释放深层紧绷，促进循环，
让身体在不勉强的情况下更容易打开。

接着再进入长时间停留的阴瑜伽，
一点一点打开胸口、心肺空间。

✨最后再加上颂钵音疗
直接躺平进入深层放松🫠
