The name has evolved, and so has its form, but the essence remains—a flavor that has quietly grown alongside me. More than just a pastry, it feels like an old friend, witnessing every chapter of my journey and every bit of my growth.

POV: A pastry chef who has never experienced a mother’s love, designing the most heartfelt Mother’s Day cake for you.
For 10 years, I’ve been sketching dreams into reality. People often ask me where my inspiration for Mother’s Day comes from. To be honest, I don‘t have a personal memory of my mother—she left just as my journey began.
But perhaps, it’s this very ”missing piece“ that makes me cherish your stories even more. I might not know what it feels like to receive that love, but I know exactly how much I want to honor it.
Every stroke on this paper, every layer of flavor in our upcoming Spring Perfume collection, is my way of celebrating the warmth I see in all of you.
