IT’S ALL A SURPRISE. 🎨

You never quite know who is going to walk through the door at an OSP meeting.

Today: a new face, surprise visit Penang’s great art-world supporter and connector (lee khai) who simply walked in and brought the next surprise with him.

Meanwhile, the programme is exposing itself bit by bit: artists, studios, films, collaborations, unexpected encounters and plenty more we’re not revealing just yet.

Open Studios discover a quaint little gallery + cat cafe in Penang that’s also home to its very own mini cat sanctuary! 🐈🎨☕️

Welcome to DREAMER HAVEN ART CAFE, a cosy little space where art, coffee and rescued cats come together under one roof. 🐾✨ And now, there’s even more reason to visit!

✨ KUCHINTA: A Cats-Themed Art Pop Up ✨

Presented by Dreamers Art Pop Up in collaboration with Cats Of Penang, this special exhibition brings together artists who have contributed their artworks to help raise awareness and funds for community cats.

And the best part? 30% of every artwork sold will be donated to Cats Of Penang to support their independent sterilisation efforts for community cats. ❤️🐱

So while you’re sipping your coffee, meeting the resident kitties and browsing the gallery, you can also discover some beautiful art that’s doing a little good in the community.
