WORKSHOP: The All-Round Dancer
This single-day workshop is divided into two sections focused on developing the all-rounded performer. Part 1 will begin with a warm-up and physical training designed to build strength, coordination and memory through a series of vertical and floor work exercises. Part 2 follows a different physicality - multiplicity. Here, we will explore rhythmic patterns and voice work, which will help design the fullness and richness of a performer in the context of the workshop.
