Meet Nancy Jenster — the creator, playwright, and producer who willed “A Year to Love: The Musical” into being. ✍️

Six and a half years in the making, A Year to Love is a work of passion — a story dedicated to three real women in Nancy’s life, and shaped with remarkable care through every layer: script, lyric, melody, refined and refined again. It’s her fifth original production with MYTH, and her most personal one yet. The question at its heart is one she’s lived herself: who are we, when the kids are finally gone?

For Nancy, stories are how we remind each other how to keep loving well — through the easy years and the harder ones. This musical is her love letter to long marriages, quiet dinner tables, and the quiet courage it takes to start a new chapter together.
