Terms & Conditions
1. Participating group must consists of minimum one (1) member and maximum twenty (20) members.
2. The competition is open for all ages.
3. Each group is required to prepare a minimum of three (3) minutes to maximum eight (8) minutes routine for the competition.
4. Only KPOP songs are allowed.
5. All music used must not contain inappropriate / offensive language, and all routines must not contain excessive lewd gestures, comments or movements.
6. Performances should not involve any sensitive elements such as race, religion, politics, etc.
7. Participants must comply with all local laws and regulations.
8. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated, and any violation may result in immediate expulsion from the event.
9. Crew members may be male, female, or a mix of both.
10. The usage of props such as powder, water, fire or any dangerous item are not allowed at all time.
11. All team are required to prepare their own music in (USB) and costumes.
12. Participants will be judged on Kpop Identity (25%), Technique/Precision (30%), Dance Cover (15%), Group Execution/Synchronize (15%), Costumes (15%).
13. Participants are allowed to join ONE or MORE groups. Registration fee per dancer per entry is RM5. Registration fee per dancer per entry is RM10 after 1.9.2024.
14. All participants are required to submit the registration form.
15. Team leaders are required to inform the organizer the GROUP NAME and MEMBER LISTS via WhatsApp at 012-346 9398 upon completion of submissions.
16. Team leaders must submit the list of songs and mp3 music files to [email protected] three days before the competition date.
17. Judges’ decisions are final and not subject to contestation.
18. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any team, amend and change the competition’s rules when necessary.
19. The organizer owns and have the right to use all the works produced by participants and the portrait right of participants that created or captured during the competition period (1.9.2024 - 1.10.2024) for future commercial and marketing usage.
