There are so many healing modalities I adore. You all know I love Breathwork, but I am also passionate about sacred sound.

My friends booked us a private sound bath in the Copa in Careyes, MX. and we all had such a beautiful experience.

Initially, I felt a deep loneliness which isn’t something I normally feel, but afterwards when we were sharing, we all had that feeling at the same time. We all entered our journey in isolation.

For weeks, my right knee has hurt. I’ve tried so many things, but there I channeled and directed the sound into the knee and I can tell you the pain vanished just like that. And has not come back.

Then I felt grief over my path with the twin soul. I felt he should be there with me. I asked God to take it. Take it all away. Release me from it all. Then I became the observer. And heard loud and clear:

GOD loves the story too!

Then I could see the grief all led me to a deeper connection to God. It was the portal to that profound connection. That knowing how held we truly are.

I surrendered and surrendered and surrendered. And from the observer, from the Grace that has witnessed the story, the joy, the pain, I saw it all.

My story, your story, the story of this world.

And from that space of love, I prayed.

I have been hearing this over and over from people. New clients, old clients, friends. Something is off.

There is a disconnect.

I have my own ideas. Some of it could be technology (we are always in our phones and not allowing silence), outsourcing to AI, EMFs, COVID and the shot a affected the pineal gland, we have been though continual trauma, but then have to keep going, the food, the environment, we’re gaslighted all the time so we don’t trust anything. I could go on.

On a positive note, what came through in the Akashic (and I’m not an astrologer, so if I am wrong, please correct me), was that Neptune was in Pisces and that was mystical, dreamlike, connection to other realms, galactic magic, and we needed that to evolve, but now it’s in Aries and it’s grounded and right here. Embodied human. Real.

This isn’t doom, I want to know what we can do and how to bring back the heart and love and connection to the divine, and maintain the pure human and true Earth.

I keep hearing this is the Era of Devotion. No more fluff. Just God. And your soul. But you have to choose.

As many of you know, I’ve been writing a novel for many years. I was trying to pull it down from the ethers, from space, from somewhere way out there. And I struggled.

Then a few months ago, I had several epiphanies. One of them was that the story lives inside my heart. It is me. I don’t need to reach. I don’t need to push. Just awaken it from deep within. My heart knows the story.

And that changed everything.

Even with manifestations, they aren’t out there. They are a frequency inside. The more we reach, the more the thing moves away from us.

When we say, “where is it?”

The universe responds, “Oh! She loves the game of hide and seek!”

Breathe it in. And know. Everything is inside.

Brahman/Atman are ONE. Not two.
