I'm proud to wear a guayabera. The guayaberas, male garments, are a development of the blanket shirts of one piece, traditionally used by Cuban and Mayan peasants. With the passage of time, the guayabera was made a more elaborate and elegant. It's used as a typical suit of the region.
send me my own guayabera and im so happy to use it because it’s part of my culture.

Did you know that Karate is one of the most widespread sports in the world? It is estimated that there are about 50 million people practicing it.
In Traditional Karate, the belt (obi) has different colors that determine the level of learning in which the karate is. However, in competition they will always be red and blue.
It can be practiced as art (budō), self defense or combat sport.

Don't leave for tomorrow what you can do today and more if it's about your health. My dad was letting a chest pain happen with probability of being a tumor. Today we received the x-ray and thank God there is nothing. It was some sleepless nights and fear that to be seen with time could have been arranged. My advice is not to let things go, this time was nothing, but a timely detection can save your life.

I know Valentine's day was yesterday but celebrating love should not have just one day. The celebration of being in love is to want to share the day to day, even if it is common things, because if you do with a loved one, that become something special. Happy Valentine's Day! 🧸❤️.

After a few days away from my Instagram (because of my dad’s work) we gave ourselves some time to rest and shopping at Playa del Carmen. The walking and loading the stuff was very tiring but it was worth it.

A few years ago a storm toppled a sailboat that was anchored in the sea, last week another storm brought him closer to the pier, is a waste of sailboat that now became a work of art of nature to make their sunsets more beautiful.

I was invited to participate in I have spoken about my father, but I will be more specific with five facts about him.

1.- He can only sleep 6 hours a day or less, even if he got a bad night 6 hrs later he wakes up. He doesn’t take snaps or sleeps in the afternoon.

2.- He likes to dance and listen music most of the time, he doesn’t have a specific taste in music and he knows all the lyrics of the songs, his friends call him the human jukebox.

3.- He’s a dreamer, he spends time organizing trips, parties and designing things for the new house.

4.- He looks younger than he is, when people find out about his age they can not believe it. The secret is not to smoke and drink s lot of water.

5.- He is fan of the little prince book, he has the book in more than 12 languages and continues adding the collection, he’s waiting for the Braille edition.

I've seen several do this challenge. Actually in 2009 i didn’t exist because I’m going to be one year old this August, so I'll put where I come from a filling machine but filled with much love. Thks to for create this amazing idea, we’re companions, we’re support and we complement families.

Remember when I wanted a closet for my clothes, well this is the reason why I wanted it.
I was invited by to attend in .
1st Drawer.- Shirts, Sweaters and Pants.
2nd Drawer .- Accesories and Costumes.
3rd Drawer.- Shoes.
The thing is that I received more clothes and I don’t have any space Marie Kondo any suggestion??.
