Ricardo Urbina was here in Estudio San Miguel a couple of weeks ago, with his quartet, The Groove Garden (guitar, bass, drums, and singer). What a terrific sound! Here is one of the videos they shot during the recording session. Beautiful version!

Alejandro Mora just finished two days of recording his piano arrangements and compositions, on the Steinway grand. Wow! I was thrilled to spend the hours listening to him play. Here's a snippet of one of the 30 (!) songs we recorded.

When I built the recording studio, my dream was to record great acoustic music, with the ultimate being recording a great jazz piano trio.
Today I had the good fortune to record Adrian Flores (bass), Benito Gonzalez (piano) and Juan Ale Saenz (drums) for several of their original compositions. Phew! Give a listen to this clip for a sample. Adrian's final album will be great!
