Come Celebrate the Grand Opening of Häasi Casa Cultural AUGUST 15-16 from 10-6pm @ Calle Orizaba #16 (Gigi's Cafe) here in San Antonio / The talented and creative artists of the SMA Women's Collective will be there as a mobile artist collective and will be exhibiting all around San Miguel / first pop up will be at the NEW Häasi Casa Cultural and we appreciate the invitation to have an exhibition there / Come Support our talented local artists in this new art space / See you there

Ven a celebrar la gran inauguración de Häasi Casa Cultural el 15 y 16 de agosto de 10 a 6 p. m. en Calle Orizaba #16 (Gigi's Cafe) aquí en San Antonio. Las talentosas y creativas artistas del Colectivo de Mujeres de SMA estarán allí como un colectivo de artistas móviles y exhibirán por todo San Miguel. La primera exposición temporal será en la NUEVA Häasi Casa Cultural y agradecemos la invitación para tener una exhibición allí. On another note Linda and I would like to thank the community of San Miguel for supporting our artists at the SMA Women’s Collective and feel now is the time for it to come to a close at our home / Our partners, Sayra and Brenda (Morasmichmex) will continue on in the community and will continue to organize several bazaar moving forward in the future so reach out to them directly / we have loved supporting our artists and hope that they have had a great time sharing our space, their work and friendship for 4 years.

What started off as an idea formed from the pandemic turned into a talented, colorful community effort that took off and became bigger than we could have ever imagined / everyone who has been apart of the collective, visited and supported our talented group of artists brought so many great experiences and memories that we will hold dear.

The SMA Women’s Collective was a labor of love and we want to especially thank Sayra and Brenda for all of their amazing work inviting women (and a few good men) to join us / They, together, organized both our super groovy painting classes and Bazaars so the collective is in good hands and we continue a strong and lasting relationship and love them as family.
So here's to the next chapter of the collective.

Por otra parte, Linda y yo queremos agradecer a la comunidad de San Miguel por apoyar a nuestras artistas del Colectivo de Mujeres de SMA y sentimos que es el momento de cerrarlo en nuestra casa. Nuestras socias, Sayra y Brenda (Morasmichmex), seguirán en la comunidad y organizarán varios bazares en el futuro, así que contáctenlas directamente. Nos ha encantado apoyar a nuestras artistas y esperamos que la hayan pasado genial compartiendo nuestro espacio, su trabajo y su amistad durante 4 años.

Lo que comenzó como una idea surgida durante la pandemia se convirtió en un talentoso y colorido esfuerzo comunitario que despegó y se hizo más grande de lo que jamás hubiéramos imaginado. Todos los que han formado parte del colectivo, nos han visitado y apoyado, nos han traído consigo experiencias y recuerdos inolvidables que atesoraremos con cariño.

El Colectivo de Mujeres de SMA fue una labor hecha con mucho cariño y queremos agradecer especialmente a Sayra y Brenda por su increíble labor al invitar a mujeres (y a algunos hombres) a unirse a nosotras. Juntas organizaron nuestras fantásticas clases de pintura y bazares, así que el colectivo está en buenas manos y mantenemos una relación sólida y duradera, y las queremos como familia.

¡Brindemos por el siguiente capítulo del colectivo!
