Friday 6:30AM. The atmosphere is filled with excitement from all the participants from the exciting weekend to come. We kicked off Free Soul Festival with a group meditation guided by Gerson Frau (the birthday boy) followed by Jacob Manning’d and Gerson’s classes.
Andrew Sealy, Robin Martin and Pablo Quiroga followed suit in spectacular fashion through workshops, acroyoga and SUP yoga.
After a hearty meal and some rest, some Free Soulers took a walk on the beach with Andrew Sealy while the rest pushed the day to the limit with some rocket yoga by David Kyle.
After an amazing start to the weekend, the day came to a close with performances from Sadahaka Healing Sounds, Raoul Bautista and DJ Taz Rashid.
Now it’s time to get some rest because this was only the beginning.... @ The Westin Resort & Spa, Puerto Vallarta
