1. We Dance without shoes (Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (We Dance with Body Language & sounds)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No conversation on the dance floor
3. We Dance as We Are, Be present. No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds…
Just Be Yourself.
4. We ask for consent if we want to interact dancing with others, we Respect Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
