Last mural of 2025 and this one was a goal achieved. Last March La Neta Murals put out a raffle to donate a mural to a local organization or business. The winner of our raffle was Gavilan View Middle School and we finally got to it! We hope to keep doing this kind of thing for our community. Looking forward to a 2026 full of color!

So happy to have fully completed the mural at the Oldemeyer Center in Seaside. The Oldemeyer Center is open to the public and such a friendly and welcoming place. While I was painting I literally felt my mural come to life as I painted to the sounds of dance lessons, pickle ball players, children laughing, and passer-bys who said "that's me" or "that's us!"

Oldemeyer has two more murals going up made by other local artists that I can't wait to see finished. Thank you for taking the lead on public arts in the 831

Last week, and of La Neta Murals had the opportunity to paint an entire room at in CDMX Roma Sur neighborhood. It's such a cool place with such beautiful murals all over the walls from the lobby to each one of the bedrooms. We feel honored to have been invited to contribute to such a unique project!

Today was the first day of painting at the Juntas Hacemos Mas festival in Ciudad de Mexico! Tomorrow I'll add some éléments to blend in with my neighboring artist's design. I'm so overwhelmed with joy to be painting next to so many incredible womxn artists from all over the world!

Join us Friday, January 3rd from 5-7pm to see the works of Monterey County's CAC art fellows. I'm grateful to CAC and to for the support of my artistic vision and for the opportunity to expand my artistic career. I'll be excited to share new work with the public! Artwork will be accompanied with refreshments, live music, and local crafts.

Congrats to and for the recognition of their work in the arts in Monterey County.
