Tommy‘s third cookbook is finished!!

Tommy's again donned his chef's toque and camouflage apron for the third leg of this culinary quest for tasty dining fare from all over the world.
During this expansive exploration we'll traverse the tropics and sub-tropics with an occasional soirée into neighboring environs!
The plant game we'll "bag" for meal preparation ranges from the exotic to every day - but, worry not, all are obtainable once we return to our home kitchens.
Starting with the base A, B,C's, we'll capture Arrowhead Chips made from Mesoamerican Duck Potatoes, Braised Belgian Endives with Beer that - in spite of its name - actually originated in subtropical Southern Europe and smack our lips around Carmelized Dates plucked while trudging through the Mideast.
Along the way our courageous crew of cooks will seek out and capture vegetative quarry in the likes of Africa, Australia, Bangladesh, Belize, Borneo, southern China, El Salvador, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, the Malay Archipelago, Mexico, all around the Mediterranean, New Zealand, various Pacific islands, the Philippines, Thailand, Sumatra and Syria.
And we don't even need shots or our passports!
