Guatemala II
Salvaged chains, faux fur, wire, a turquoise colored bead reclaimed from a necklace, leather, stone from the beach and other adornments. I have composed them on a copper cuff bracelet that I patinated using salt, vinegar and ink.

It is one of several pieces I made while there, combining painted wood, detailed beading, textiles, and metal on a patinated copper base. The piece explores how the places I visit shape my creative expression.
