After 13 years, 15 countries and 600+ events, Late Nite Art is ready to pull back the curtain and share its method and magic with a select number of People & Culture leaders to use within their companies and teams.

Announcing the first Late Nite Art Train the Trainer (TTT) program on October 18-20 in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area.

We’re keeping this inaugural cohort small (12 people).

Through the TTT, you’ll learn to wield the power of creativity, collaboration and connection to enliven your organization’s culture, break down silos and improve employee wellbeing.

Will you be one of the 12?

Thank you & for featuring Late Nite Art in this powerful article highlighting how we can address the mental health crisis among young people in the US and the deterioration of the "social self" in the wake of the pandemic.

"One example of an unconventional but highly effective onboarding activity, offered both in-person and virtually, is Late Nite Art: a collaborative learning experience involving live art and music that incorporates risk-taking, deep conversations, and collaborative problem solving. Companies like Headspace, Southwest Airlines, and Accenture have used Late Nite Art to help employees go outside their comfort zone and get to know their colleagues in a meaningful way."

Last week, in our workshop with 140 top scientists and managers at the Berkeley Lab, we asked participants to share a story of failure from their life without sharing the silver lining.

This is an incredibly difficult thing to do. But it helps us practice holding space for the messiness of life without needing to fix it or orient toward the learning or positive gem that came out of the struggle.

At conferences and team events, we tend to put our best foot forward. We share our successes, our research, our accolades, our best ideas - but it's rare to find a space that feels safe to share our failures.

Although it seems counter-intuitive, sharing our failures actually connects people far more deeply than sharing our successes. It builds empathy and compassion. It helps us understand one another.

What ways are you creating space for your team or participants to open up about the areas of their life that are messy, or not going as planned?

Meet Forest Stearns aka DRAWEVERYWHERE!

Forest Stearns is the Principal Artist at DRAWEVERYWHERE, an illustration focused studio based in Oakland that specializes in the production of artworks and installations across a vast array of mediums - from rocket ships to quantum computers. He joined the Late Nite Art team as a Lead Facilitator way back in 2016. He’s been an instrumental collaborator, inspiration, and dear friend during the last 5 years of Late Nite Art’s growth.

Forest also has a passion for installing Artist in Residence (AiR) programs in companies that connect art, science, and technology. Currently he is partnering with Google AI Quantum in Santa Barbara, to produce a unique AiR program and create paintings around their Quantum Computers. From art galleries to spaceships, there is nothing he won’t draw upon. His artistic portfolio radically spans media from making art on hundreds of satellites that orbit the Earth, to paintings on rocket ships, and murals on giant buildings.
