This year had been roller coaster for so many reasons but those hustle and bustle made me felt exhilarated and without thinking twice I can say that 2021 was the bestest year of my life♥️
And I'm really excited for this coming year , i know this 2022 will be hectic too but to see Savi growing up, will surely bring happiness to me.
So, what's your plan for new year eve?

When I first visited Farmer's market in Mexico , the first thing caught my eyes were these beautiful iron moulds and I wondered, what they are for? After googling a bit, I came across to this yummillicious Buñuelos de Viento recipe . These are so light and delicious actually its remind me of "'Khaja" a popular sweet from Bihar.
Buñuelos made with corn flour , eggs, water, salt then fried in oil and dusted with some sugar and a little bit cinnamon ( we like it that way)
I find this snack so comforting specially around in festive seasons, it's easy to make and serve to the guests.
Since Savi's born , I hardly posted anything from past two months so I thought why not bring some Christmas warm vibes on my insta feed.

Since morning I came across to such beautiful modak posts and genuinely I never tried Modak in my life neither had enough guts to make them at home.
But today I cannot able to resist the craving of having it and here it is my first ever Modak although I must say making it without a Modak mold was a bit tough but end of the day the taste worth all the efforts.
Thank you my insta family to inspiring me to learn something new everyday♥️
And wish you a happy Ganesh chaturthi ♥️

Being an indian and coming from an army background, Independence day holds special significance in my heart
And today while celebrating this day, we had this tri colour icecream.

My love for jalebi is eternal, it's emotion, festival and sign of weekend but it can never replace the royalty of Imarti aka Jhangri.
So today while it's raining here, this deep fried in ghee then dipped in rich kesri sugar syrup imarti was best thing I had to begin this weekend although am not an expert in making circular flower shaped yet but with every attempt, I'm getting better and I hope sooner or later I may achieve perfection.
I hope you all gonna have fun this weekend. Lots of love💕

This melt-in mouth, smoky , shallow fried in ghee kaale channe kebab will win your heart in just first bite. It's not only delicious but healthy and would be a perfect vegetarian starter to serve in front of your guests!
Today i served it with mint + hung curd chutney , I hope you all like this and recipe☺️

1)Peanut butter+ coffee ice cream
2)Chocolate ice cream
I don't need a reason or occasion to eat ice cream, having a scoop of ice cream after dinner every other day is pretty usual at my home ☺️ but I always find photographing ice cream challenging. Somehow I never able to get the texture, it demands lots of patience and accuracy may be one day I'll be able to get a perfect shot😄
