"What Binds Us, Breaks Us" Some connections are not meant to last forever.

This piece was inspired by the atmosphere, imagery, and melancholic feeling of Faience Knife entire EP Αλκυών (Alkyon). Rather than interpreting a single song, I wanted to take the feeling of the whole record and translate it into something visual, something about attachment, loss, death, and the things we carry even after a connection is gone.

Two figures, two opposing states, and a single red thread connecting them, holding on until it can’t anymore.

The thread is the bond.
The break is the absence.
And everything in between is what remains.

What binds us can also be what breaks us.

"As Above, So Below" — As Within, So Without. As the Universe, So the Soul.

A study of duality, transformation, and the eternal correspondence between the worlds within and beyond us.

This piece draws from Hermetic philosophy, alchemical symbolism, sacred geometry, and occult iconography, exploring the idea that the macrocosm and the microcosm are reflections of one another.

Above and below.
Inner and outer.
Life and death.
Matter and spirit.

At the center lies the Philosopher’s Stone, not merely as an object of alchemical transformation, but as a symbol of the self: the point where opposing forces meet, dissolve, and become something new.
The figure is divided between two realms, while the geometric structure acts as a kind of occult diagram, a visual system connecting the celestial, the terrestrial, and the human.

Created as part of my ongoing exploration of dark symbolic art, mythology, alchemy, occultism, and neo-iconography.

Please read till the end. Being an artist comes with a strange set of sacrifices that most people never get to see.

Anxiety & Insomnia. Accidents & Improvisation. All-Nighters Included. ...and yes, even Aspirins & Ibuprofen (despite the fact that I'm allergic 😅).

Not because anyone asked me to. Because creating has always been the only way I know how to communicate the things I can't put into words.

From photomanipulation, to 3D modeling, to digital painting and graphic design...Behind every finished piece are years of learning, failed experiments, self-doubt, endless revisions, and the stubborn decision to keep creating anyway.

So, on a more serious note...

I'm proudly anti-AI when it comes to replacing or devaluing human artists. I believe art is far more than the final image, it's the time, experience, mistakes, and humanity that make each piece meaningful.

If you only saw the first slide and assumed I use AI, that's okay.
I'd rather spend my time creating, sharing my work, and inspiring others than arguing online with people who have already made up their minds.

"Martyr" — Not every martyr dies for faith. Some are sacrificed by memory, expectation, guilt, or the silent weight they continue to carry.

Martyr explores the quiet moment between endurance and surrender. A figure suspended upon a dying tree, crowned with a golden mask that erases identity, pierced not only by arrows but by the invisible burdens that shape us. The wounds remain almost bloodless, transforming violence into contemplation rather than spectacle.

This piece continues my exploration of neo-iconography, where sacred symbolism, mythology, mortality, and contemporary emotions merge into a single visual language. Through digital collage, photography, and symbolic composition, I seek to reinterpret ancient imagery as reflections of the human condition.

"What Remains of Innocence" —A conceptual album cover exploring the fragile boundary between purity and loss.

This piece reflects the moment when innocence is no longer something we possess, but something we search for in memory. The bird is not merely a symbol of death, it's a relic of what once was, pinned between sanctity and sacrifice. The empty chest does not reveal violence alone, but the quiet absence left behind when something essential has been taken.

Inspired by the visual language of sacred iconography, symbolism, and contemporary dark art, What Remains of Innocence imagines the cover of an album that was never written, yet somehow feels familiar.

Innocence does not vanish.
It lingers in the silence of what was taken,
leaving only feathers, hollow bones,
and the memory of a song no one remembers anymore.

"Unwoven" — Some burdens are too heavy to be carried, yet too familiar to be released.

Three threads rest loosely between trembling fingers—each one a different choice, a different future, a different sacrifice. Behind them remain the swords of what cannot be undone. Below, the dark water waits in silence.

Unwoven explores the fragile moment between surrender and transformation, where identity begins to unravel before it can be woven again.

This piece was deeply inspired by the emotional atmosphere of Moonflowers by Swallow The Sun Mikko Kotamäki , an album whose melancholy, silence, and beauty became part of this work's visual language.

Created through a hybrid workflow combining photography, 3D sculpting, digital painting, graphic design and photobashing.

Every piece is a conversation with my past self.

Four years ago, I created these two 3D characters as an exploration of symbolism, mythology, and sacred imagery. Looking back at them now, I can clearly see the first traces of the visual language I continue to build today.

That same idea has evolved into Father Sun and Mother Moon, a new diptych that expands those original concepts through illustration, photography, and digital collage.

It's a reminder that no artwork is ever truly left behind. Sometimes it simply waits for you to return with new eyes.

She gathers the fading light of the day and transforms it into the heavens above, preserving every star, every memory, and every untold story until dawn returns.
