Four Mirrors Cycle ✨🦋🌿

This mural represents the life cycle of the four mirrors moth, an emblematic species of northwestern Mexico and deeply meaningful to Yaqui culture. 🦋🔥
Its cocoons give life to the tenábaris worn by the fariseos and the deer dancer, carrying their sacred rhythm throughout traditional ceremonies. 🎶🌾
The artwork depicts a woman —or Mother Earth— in regional Yaqui attire, extending her flowing blue hair like the vast Yaqui sky. 💙🌌
On the leaves appear the eggs, followed by the caterpillar, the cocoon, and finally the adult moth in its metamorphosis, honoring a cycle that unites nature, identity, and tradition. 🌱➡️🟢➡️🟤➡️🦋

Este mural representa el ciclo de la mariposa cuatro espejos, una especie emblemática del noroeste de México y profundamente importante para la cultura yaqui. 🦋🔥
De sus capullos provienen los tenábaris que portan los fariseos y el danzante del venado, llevando su sonido sagrado a las ceremonias tradicionales. 🎶🌾
La obra muestra a una mujer —o la Madre Tierra— con vestimenta de la región, extendiendo su cabellera azul como el cielo yaqui. 💙🌌
En las hojas se representan los huevecillos, luego la oruga, el capullo y finalmente la mariposa adulta en su metamorfosis, honrando un ciclo que une naturaleza, identidad y tradición. 🌱➡️🟢➡️🟤➡️🦋
