Just a few spots left in my upcoming retreat! 🙊🏝️

BEYOND THE STRETCH : a flexibility & mobility immersion - December 12-19 at Casa Chango Mexico Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca 🇲🇽

This retreat is a deep dive into my flexibility method, which prioritizes conditioning and aligning your body as the gateway to deeper, more sustainable flexibility.

Since we have a full week together, we will build intensity throughout the week, starting with sessions focused on alignment and full-body mobility and working our way up to the advanced movements and deep stretches.

There will also be classes dedicated to fine tuning your movement by improving the line of your feet and legs, as well as developing clean and graceful arms and hands.

Whether you’re an aerialist, pole dancer, yogi or contortion enthusiast- this week will be a rewarding and invigorating experience of movement, community and personal growth.
