NEVER FALL FOR LOVE....

Love is sad, and love is cruel.
To find it again, don't be a fool.
My flower was young,
And my flower was sweet,
When we were together,
Our passion was heat,
We travelled together, never apart,
And I knew that forever she would be in
my heart,
I would look in her eyes and I would hold
my breathe
To lose such a treasure would mean
certain death,
This sweet little thing that I used to adore,
I never thought we would be no more.
The sun went away and it started to rain,
The joy in my heart soon turned into pain.
My little flower that I adored,
My absence was long, and she got bored
My flower has wilted from the lack of the
heat,
Resentment took over, and our love was
beat,
If only we planted more of those seeds,
Our garden would flourish and not the
weeds.
Wilted flower don't be sad,
Another's garden is not so bad,
Always look up and never bend,
And soon you will find that your heart will
mend
Love is sad, and love is cruel,
To find it again, don't be a fool.

The poem talks much of the on going electricity Blackout which Malawi is facing currently and the author demonstrate a number of problems citizens (him) are (is) facing because of it, and at the end he pleads with the concerned officials to mitigate the problem.

*TROUBLED ELECTRICITY*

*Another 24 hours pass.*
Darkness has filled the whole of my room, feels like am out of gas.
*These days had to learn to shower fast.*
As they hot water disappear quickly, got the bill but 'm out of cash.
*Broke huh?! Am already stuck.*
And i can't handle it, then i pray these candles l 've got will last.
*Our overhead cables they work no more.*
You want us to turn them to a cloth drying line, so we feel doing us such is normal.
*Yet that day i may have power is not known.*
Like the day you finds a shoulder to lean on.
*Its cold outside, my room is no better too.*
And that am alone here is no better, than i will be two.
*I hate the Faith am having, i have to chase it away.*
Like an old letter, i hope anytime i will got taken away'
I hope any day the lights will shine ngweee.

*Troubled electricity*.😏
Its hard for us to stand the pain.
*Love to switch off the lights, but not that when in the rain.*
They do it willingly, and they tell me i should not complain.
*Like they Thought in my brain.*
or drove in my lane.
*or could hold up my strain.*
But, these problems are hard to bear.
*Like the dress your uncle would want to wear.*
Blackout is now a burden that has my eyes dropping tears.
*I know if am not saying, i hate to die with fears.*
Am a student i want to pursue my dreams, but can i achieve that in the dark?.
*Something is wrong.*
But why, it has to take this long.

*It is just an algebra! Then solve it.*
cause hospitals cant live on this.
