Team Adventure cheers Monkey-Bay Mothers

Over the weekend, Team Adventure Malawi commemorated its 10th anniversary with a community outreach activity at Monkey Bay Community Hospital, where members donated gifts to newborn babies and their mothers.

The outreach followed a bonfire held as part of the organisation’s anniversary celebrations and was aimed at giving back to the community while celebrating the milestone.

During the visit, Team Adventure Malawi member Memory Simwinga interacted with one of the new mothers and briefly held her newborn baby as the team shared in the moment.

The anniversary activities also included an environmental conservation exercise, with members clearing thin plastics and other litter from around the hospital premises.

The initiative highlighted Team Adventure Malawi’s commitment to community service and environmental conservation as it marked a decade of promoting adventure, tourism and responsible engagement with communities.
