REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
Youth Developers Collaboration Theatre (YDC Theatre), a youth-led non-profit organization using creative arts to promote social change and community development, invites eligible and qualified service providers to submit quotations for the following services for an event to be held in Lilongwe, Malawi.
LOT 1: Video, Photography and Live Streaming Services
YDC Theatre seeks a professional media production company or individual to provide comprehensive event documentation services, including:
- High-quality photography coverage throughout the event.
- Professional videography of all key sessions and activities.
- Live streaming of the event on designated online platforms.
- Production of a highlight video (3–5 minutes).
- Delivery of edited high-resolution photographs.
- Provision of all necessary production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio recording equipment, and live-streaming accessories.
LOT 2: Traditional & Contemporary Dance Services (SRHR Storytelling)
YDC Theatre seeks a professional dance ensemble or creative group to design and perform an engaging Traditional and Contemporary Dance production incorporating Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) storytelling.
The performance should:
- Creatively showcase success stories and impact achieved by HIVOS partner organizations.
- Integrate traditional and contemporary dance styles.
- Promote community engagement and audience participation where appropriate.
- Be culturally relevant, inclusive, and suitable for a development sector audience.
- Provide all costumes, props, and artistic materials required for the performance.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested bidders should submit:
- A detailed financial quotation.
- Company or Business Registration Certificate.
- Organization profile or portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.
- At least two examples of similar work completed.
- Valid Tax Registration Certificate (where applicable).
- Contact details of at least two referees.

Only shortlisted bidders will be contacted.
YDC Theatre reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason and is not bound to award the contract to the lowest bidder.
